Care - The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 45°C maximum. Be sure to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle to allow for proper drying. When washing by hand, avoid using abrasive sponges to preserve the finish. If small rings form on the knife blades, they can be easily removed using a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. Not suitable for microwave oven or oven
Note - For cutlery with light-colored handles, minimize prolonged exposure to staining foods such as coffee, tea, curry or tomato sauce
